The local council enforces Foodtrader registration for all committee-approved food and consumable items, including those prepared both at the market and elsewhere. Stallholders must email their approved Statement of Trade dates before attending. It is the stallholder’s responsibility to ensure that their Foodtrader registration is up-to-date.
Failure to maintain current registration may result in hefty on-the-spot fines from the council, and you will be removed from the market.
