We require everyone attending the market to agree and accept to follow the markets covid safe conditions as follows:

  • It is a requirement for all stall holders and buskers to be fully vaccinated unless they have an exemption
  • Vaccination records or medical exemptions for all stall holders, staff and buskers must be shown to a committee member before stall set up and available to provide to an Authorized officer from local council, DHHS or Police on request
  • Ensure that the number of workers  in work areas or buskers does not exceed the relevant density quotient.
  • if a stall holder / worker / busker is unwell they must leave the market to get tested, and not return to the market until they cleared by the Department of Health
  • On arrival everyone must check in via the market QR code
  • Each stall must create their own individual stall QR code registered for St Andrews market and display it at all times
  • Encourage all customers to sign in via the individual QR code at point of sale
  • Hand sanitiser available on stall at all times for customer use
  • Display a 1.5 meters social distancing poster
  • Follow physical distancing: keep 1.5 meters away from others
  • Explain / discuss your products with customers to limit touching.
  • Clean /sanitise items when touched by customers
  • Practice good hand hygiene and cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze
  • Stay home when unwell
  • Encourage customers to follow the above at all times
  • No catching up with friends or consuming food and beverages on site, shop and go only until further restrictions are removed
  • No busking until further restrictions are removed
  • Wear a mask when in an indoor area or are unable to socially distance, unless you are exempt
  • Stay home when unwell
  • Encourage customers to follow the above at all times 

Those unable to follow the above covid safe plan are unable to attend the market until further restrictions are removed.
